Creating a Bachelorette Party Budget

One of the bigger challenges in planning a bachelorette party is estimating the budget.  It is best to come to a final cost for the event prior to the big day, especially when the party host is sharing the bill with other guests.  Depending on the scope of your party the list of expenses may include party supplies, gifts, food, entertainment, transportation, accommodations and more.

To get started, pick out a software program that you feel most comfortable with or just a plain notebook.  Jot down categories, as the ones mentioned above, and under each list the description of all the expenses and the costs.  Tip: Make sure you include taxes and delivery charges.

At the bottom of this list, add a line totaling up all the expenses.  Below the total, you may want to add a line which will show how much each guest will be responsible for contributing: divide the event total by the number of guests.  This way you will have a quick reference as to how much money each will need to give you.

Of the many services we offer, Bride’s Night Out® provides a la carte budgeting for your bachelorette party, if you just need a little DIY assistance, or complete Excel budget spreadsheets including costing out of every expense.  And, if you just need a question answered, we can help you by phone consultation.  Happy Party Time!
